About Us
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Negro Business and Professional Women's Club of Midland emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community and a desire for actions that speak louder than words. We are an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.
Our Mission
To promote and protect the interests of African American business and professional women; to serve as a bridge for young people seeking to enter business and the professions; to improve the quality of life in the local and global communities; and to foster good fellowship.
Congratulations to our 2025 Scholarship Recipients
One of the most important objectives of our club is to help our youth to seek higher education. Through community-sponsored events, we award scholarships to several of our local children. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you. Thank you for your time and donations that make this possible!

Community Involvement
In addiiton to helping our youth seeking a post-secondary certification or degree, we are also dedicated to helping those in need in our community. Through informational forums, collecting items and food for those in need or offering guidance and connecting people to resources, we are here to help everyone in Midland!
